Smart HR

HR module is fully integrated with iScala Payroll module. The information available in the Payroll module have been extended with standard HR details, defined during the implementation process, such as for example: Social Insurance Company (ZUS) declarations information, employment history, medical examinations, Industrial Health and Safety trainings, etc.

The HR module includes a range of reports and breakdowns developed using the Crystal Reports tool. It also includes a built-in report generator, which allows data to be quickly exported to MS Excel application.

Along with your purchase of the module, you will receive also such functionality as:

duplex-printed personal income tax declarations (PIT),
ability to print employment contracts and certificates,
automatic generation of cash transfer files for Multicash-type systems.
