The new version of Epicor iScala 2026.1 is now available! The latest release of the ERP system brings a range of improvements in finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing and service contract management. It also includes technology updates and full vendor support, helping to ensure the security, stability and business continuity of your organisation.

Why upgrade Epicor iScala?

An ERP system plays a key role in a company's day-to-day operations. Upgrading it regularly gives you access to new functionality and, above all, is an investment in data security, a stable environment and your organisation's capacity to grow.

As new versions of Epicor iScala are released, older versions gradually move to more limited levels of technical support.

Epicor iScala 2026.1 is covered by active vendor support until September 2028. For companies running earlier versions, especially 2024.1 and older, now is a good time to review your current environment and plan your migration well in advance.

What's new in Epicor iScala 2026.1?

The latest version brings improvements that can make users' daily work easier and boost the efficiency of business processes.

Finance and accounting
New options for reconciling the general ledger with sub-ledgers, plus improvements in budgeting, invoice attachment management and fixed asset handling.

Customer and supplier data management
Extended fields for business partner names and registration numbers make data handling easier, including when working with foreign companies.

Sales, inventory and manufacturing
Easier document search, new options for calculating costs based on a selected warehouse, and improvements in sales order handling and production processes.

Contracts and service
Consolidated invoicing of service contracts, more detailed insight into consolidated invoices, and improvements in handling service documents.

The new version also includes numerous fixes and updates across other areas of the system.

New version, current technology

Epicor iScala 2026.1 supports current technologies, including Windows Server 2025, SQL Server 2022 and Windows 11. It also introduces the new OLE DB Driver 19 database driver, replacing an older component that Microsoft has deprecated.

Before upgrading, it's worth checking that your current infrastructure, modules in use and integrations are compatible with the new version's requirements.
