The year 2025 promises to be a breakthrough period filled with new opportunities for Todis Consulting Group. After the successes we achieved in 2024, despite challenging market conditions, we look ahead with optimism. We believe that our experience and innovative approach to ERP system implementations will help us reach new ambitious goals.

Despite challenges such as rising financing costs and an ever-changing economic environment. Todis Consulting Group not only maintained stability in 2024. But also dynamically expanded its operations. In 2025, we aim to continue this growth trajectory by focusing on implementing advanced technological solutions. And automating business processes for our clients.

Our ERP solutions portfolio, which includes systems such as Deltek Maconomy ERP, Deltek Workbook, RamBase Cloud ERP, Epicor Kinetic ERP and Epicor iScala, is gaining increasing interest from clients. We specialize in serving companies in the IT, engineering, legal. Additionaly in auditing sectors, as well as manufacturing, distribution, and retail enterprises. In 2025, we plan to significantly expand our service offerings by introducing new functionalities. And collaborating with clients from previously unexplored industries.

Our invovment in international projects, such as those carried out for Afry, Backer, Diaverum, Grey, Egis, NTT, Sigma Connectivity, Stagwell, TPA, the Publicis Group and the Radisson Group, demonstrates that Todis Consulting Group is a trusted partner for the most demanding clients. In the coming year, we intend to further intensify our activities in foreign markets by participating in new, large-scale strategic implementations.

AI-driven ERP solutions remain one of the key trends for 2025, and we are ready to help our clients maximize their potential. Our flexible and client-focused systems enable businesses to leverage built-in AI mechanisms or integrate with available market solutions. These technologies facilitate the generation of automated client relationship summaries and advanced business reports. With these tools, our clients can boost operational efficiency and focus on strategic aspects of their business.

Another strategic goal for 2025 is the finalization and implementation of our universal solution for communication between ERP systems and the government platforms KSeF and JPK, including JPK CIT. In 2024, we secured our largest client to date from an industry previously absent from our portfolio.
