Maconomy version 2.6.3 continues to deliver enhancements to support the strategy of Maconomy becoming fully web enabled. This release improves your user experience by bringing greater core project and financial functionality, as well as a number of usability improvements to the Maconomy Web Client. Maconomy 2.6.3 Highlights
Web Client – Usability Enhancements
- This release includes key project accounting functionality that is core to professional services firms within the web client including a new workspace for Project Manager approval of time and expenses and new overviews of time and expense sheets to support the month-end process. In addition, functionality for fixed assets management, intercompany invoicing and many other areas supporting back-office users are now available in workspaces within the Web Client.
Web Client – Usability Enhancements
- This release introduces a variety of smaller usability enhancements improving the user experience for all users. In addition, Maconomy 2.6.3 introduces customization options to enable you to tailor the system to support your needs. This includes, among other things, the ability to open a workspace in list view as default and the ability to filter pop-up values.
Resourcing – People Planner 4.6
- The People Planner Web Components now support configuration to create bookings in a tentative state requiring approval or reassignment from generic to named resources, along with an all-new Assignment Gantt component to manage this workflow.
- Users can now automatically Copy Allocations or Actuals from a previously planned job to form the basis for planning of a new job.
- Furthermore, there is newly added support for reverting an under/overspend reallocation, new layout configuration options to determine which display views a User can see, and the option to include summed up planning totals in Gantt Sticks.
Regulatory Updates
- As with every Maconomy release, version 2.6.3 includes the updates necessary to support customers in following regulatory compliance requirements in their country.
- This release includes updates that incorporate key features supporting the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
