We’re proud to share that one of our employees represented TODIS Consulting at this year’s HackYeah 2025, held at the Tauron Arena in Kraków. This extraordinary 24-hour event is not just a coding competition — it’s a space where innovation meets creativity, and technology enthusiasts from all over Europe come together to push their limits, build impactful solutions, and shape the digital future.
During the hackathon, our employee and their team developed ZUS (Integrated Simulation System) – an interactive educational platform designed to help users understand how the Polish pension system works and how individual financial decisions influence future benefits.
The project addresses a real social challenge — the lack of awareness about retirement planning — by turning complex pension rules into simple, interactive experiences.
Through the platform, users can:
Additionally, the platform includes an administrator panel that allows for analyzing aggregated user data, helping to identify trends, knowledge gaps, and user needs — supporting better financial education policies in the long run.
The ZUS project aims to increase financial literacy and social awareness by showing that planning for the future can be accessible, transparent, and even engaging. It encourages users to take charge of their financial well-being and make smarter long-term decisions.
We are truly impressed by the creativity, technical expertise, and social responsibility behind this initiative. Participating in HackYeah reflects the very values we foster at TODIS Consulting — innovation, continuous learning, and a commitment to meaningful digital transformation.
