Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in manufacturing or production-related services in Poland can now apply for funding under the new Dig.IT project. The program aims to support the digital transformation of businesses through the purchase and implementation of advanced digital technologies.
What can the grant be used for?
Eligible activities under Dig.IT include:
- Purchase of ready-made or custom-developed digital technologies,
- Implementation of these technologies within the company (mandatory),
- Acquisition of fixed assets and materials necessary for implementation (optional),
- Employee training related to the use of the new technologies (optional).
Note: Optional costs may account for a maximum of 40% of the total project value.
Who can apply?
The program is open to companies that meet the following criteria:
- Classified as a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise,
- Operate in the field of manufacturing or production-related services,
- Have completed at least 5 full fiscal years,
- Are not in financial difficulty according to EU state aid regulations,
- Have an average annual net revenue from sales over the last 3 years exceeding the requested grant amount,
- Have not started the project before submitting the application.
Financial conditions
- Grant value: between PLN 150,000 and PLN 850,000 (no more than EUR 200,000),
- Maximum support intensity: up to 50% of eligible costs,
- Type of support: de minimis aid.
Eligible sectors
Manufacturing – physical or chemical transformation of raw materials, components, or semi-finished products into new products, either independently or as a subcontractor using materials provided by a client.
Production-related services, such as:
- Repair, maintenance, and servicing activities (excluding warranty repairs by the manufacturer),
- Technical services provided on client materials, e.g., casting, plastic processing, machining, coating, etc.
